I founded this brand as Gabrielle — a trans woman and creative entrepreneur, born in France, now at home in Arizona. Every piece is designed by me personally, made to be original and refined.

Because our items are manufactured strictly on demand, we generally cannot accept cancellations or changes once the production process has begun.

Please note that certain technical accessories, such as specific iPhone® cases, cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore.
For deliveries outside the United States, any local customs fees, taxes, or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We make tsgabrielle® pieces on demand wherever possible, which means less overproduction and less fashion noise. Selected products may include organic cotton, recycled materials, FSC-certified paper, PETA-Approved Vegan labeling, BPA-free components, or other certifications when those labels appear on the product page. No vague halos — just the facts, dressed properly.
Some products carry PETA-Approved Vegan labeling when that claim applies to the specific item on the product page. Vegan status varies by product and material — always check the individual product page and its eco-label badges before assuming a piece is vegan.
We document the journey of our textiles from weaving to final production. We partner with manufacturers in the USA, Latvia, Lithuania, and Bangladesh who adhere to strict fair labor standards and ethical production practices.
Where applicable, tsgabrielle® provides a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects or premature wear on eligible products. Coverage and remedies depend on the product type and the issue reported — contact customer support with your order number for help.
Products are designed to meet applicable safety requirements for their category and market. Where relevant, items may reference standards such as GPSR, REACH, or OEKO-TEX — but compliance claims apply only to the specific products and labels shown on each product page.
While many of our items are suitable for all ages, some specialized collections or personal care items carry an age restriction for adults (18+) only.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrectly delivered, please contact us at contact@tsgabrielle.com within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can provide a replacement or refund.
Drinkware: most of our stainless steel and glassware items are hand-wash only and not safe for microwaves or dishwashers, to protect their refined finishes. Apparel: for organic cotton and garment-dyed items, air drying is recommended to maintain shape and integrity; for synthetic activewear, use a microfiber-catching bag during washing to protect waterways. Footwear: a faint, temporary glue scent is normal for new shoes and will disappear within a few days of use.
